What is saline tattoo removal?
Saline removal is a safe and effective way to lift unwanted pigment out of the skin through osmosis. The process works by implanting saline, which is salt, into the skin which dilutes and extracts the color, bringing it to the surface.
What are the benefits of saline removal?
Saline tattoo removal works on all skin types and all types of ink.
It's safer, causes less scarring, and is less painful than laser tattoo removal.
Additionally, saline tattoo removal can work on pigments that laser tattoo removal is unable to break down.
Will your tattoo be removed completely?
No. However, once it is faded enough, you can work over it to correct it. The amount of color lifted depends on how old and deep the tattoo is implanted and how many sessions you apply.
What is emergency saline tattoo removal?
Aftercare for saline tattoo removal
Aftercare is very important for the treatment to be effective.
3-4 sessions are standard for tattoos under two years old. 7-8 sessions for older tattoos.
Timestamp 1:38:00. Learn why the color looks darker before it looks lighter when removed with saline. It is being lifted up out of the skin. The closer to the surface the more noticeable.
As a saline tattoo removal artist, I had the privilege of helping many people improve their appearance by lightening unwanted color and correcting brows and lips.
