Welcome! My name is Tzippora, which means "bird" in Hebrew. I am a NY/NJ Licensed Esthetician and Cosmetic Tattooist. My Beauty Shop is located in Nanuet, NY. I love helping others feel amazing by enhancing their natural appearance with permanent makeup, creating gorgeous undetectable results everyone loves!

I've been providing beauty services in Rockland County, NY, for over five years specializing in permanent makeup. I understand the decision-making process for permanent makeup is sensitive and delicate. I have worked on cancer survivors, mature clients, and those who suffer from alopecia. I am a graduate of the Jhon Jhon Institute of Cosmetic Enhancement Academy; a SPCP, Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals, institution. I am microblading certified through New York School of Esthetics. I follow all OSHA standards for a clean and sanitary environment and adhere to all county and state health regulations.

Despite facing challenges initially, I take pride in maintaining a leading position in the Permanent Makeup industry. I am continuously refining my skills to provide you with the latest techniques and best possible results.

As a permanent makeup artist, I appreciate all the colors on the color wheel, but Red is my favorite! 🌹 Red is more than just a color—it symbolizes passion, love, and strength. I suffered for many years with barely noticeable eyebrows and was desperately searching for a solution. That's when I discovered the art of microblading and permanent makeup. After seeing how greatly my new brows impacted my life, I felt compelled to share this newfound confidence booster with others by learning the craft myself.

I dedicated countless hours to practicing drawing eyebrows on latex and perfecting brow patterns. I learned to create symmetrical brows using the string method and later continued expanding my expertise to include many other forms of permanent makeup.

During my 100 hour training with a SPCP-certified academy, Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals, my instructor noticed my strong aptitude for tattooing eyeliner. He asked me if I had ever done it before. I hadn't, but now it's become one of my most popular services which I truly enjoy!

Building Red Carpet Luxury Spa didn't come without its challenges. Securing a suitable location for cosmetic tattooing in Rockland County wasn't as simple as it seems. With much dedication and hard work, finding proper zoning, and getting permits in place, I finally found the perfect location and transformed it into a serene luxurious environment. Committed to providing the best care, I am now a member of the ASCP, Associated Skin Care Professionals which provides me with an enormous amounts of continuing education keeping me one step ahead.
